A former mill site near the corner of North Pine Street and Isom Street, the Beaumont Mill development is designed to honor the history of the site through an authentic industrial mill aesthetic. The project features 247 market-rate apartments and 28 workforce housing units, supported by an extensive amenity package that includes a resort-style pool, fitness center, dog park, and grilling areas.
The development also enhances connectivity by providing a bike and pedestrian link to the Daniel Morgan Trail System—an extensive network of trails spanning the city and beyond. This connection will directly link the Beaumont neighborhood to downtown Pine Street.
