Element is a continuation of several luxury urban infill student housing projects located adjacent to the Florida State University campus. The development borders the unique Southgate District and sits at the edge of a transitioning industrial area, blending contemporary design with an industrial-inspired aesthetic.
The community consists of a series of three-story buildings featuring a mix of three- and four-bedroom units.
Each bedroom includes a private bathroom and dedicated storage space, while all residences offer private balconies overlooking active neighborhood streets. Interiors feature hardwood-style flooring and upgraded kitchens with granite countertops, creating a refined yet durable living environment suited for student life.
