French Village is a 202-unit, seven-story apartment community located in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Fronting three streets, the project incorporates townhomes to screen the three-story podium parking, helping to create a more refined and pedestrian-friendly street presence. These townhomes also respond to the surrounding residential context and enhance the overall streetscape activation.
Above the podium, an elevated amenity deck serves as the building’s central outdoor space, with four stories of residential units wrapping and activating the amenity level.
