Located in Opelika, Alabama, this new upscale senior living community is an addition to The Springs of Mill Lakes Community which boasts resort-style amenities including recreational lake, bass-stocked lake for fishing, walking/biking/nature trails, pickleball court, zero-entry pool and many more. The design features a modern interpretation of the traditional tudor style which is prevelant in this area. This development is scheduled to open in Winter 2022.

This traditional craftsman style development fits seamlessly into the architectural fabric of the city. Hammond is the home of Southeastern Louisiana University and includes many upscale shopping centers, restaurants and beautiful parks.

Located in Savannah, Georgia this new upscale senior living community is planned around ample outdoor/indoor amenity areas some of which include an outdoor pool, amenity pavilion, outdoor dining, nature trails and gardens. The community design was inspired by Savannah’s beautiful costal landscape and rich history featuring spacious balconies with decorative railings and brick exterior. The facility is scheduled to open in Fall 2021.
