Located in the heart of downtown Asheville, the Kimpton Hotel Arras is an adaptive reuse of an existing 1965 nineteen story office building into a boutique hotel and luxury condominiums. The project strives to integrate the building with Asheville’s urban context and maximize the views to the city surroundings.
- 128 hotel rooms and 54 condominiums with two story loft penthouse units ranging from 750 – 2,200 s.f.
- Two full service restaurants that open onto an expanded street level plaza overlooking Pack Square.
- New exterior skin inspired by the Asheville’s historic art deco buildings.
